I’m always blown away by how incredible this company is! My 3.5 yo pulled our 10litre waters co water filter accidental off the table (He’s okay btw)

and we live off grid, so having our water filter is vital for our health and well-being; This company! After contacting them after trying to purchase a replacement glass and ceramic filter via the website, which was sold out, they were not only super caring in way of checking in with my sons well-being, but they also personally sourced the replacement parts for me (even though they were out of stock!) and then express posted them! Insanely amazing customer service! SPEAKING TO PEOPLE/ DEALING WITH PEOPLE MATTERS - and in a world that is becoming more and more impersonal and disconnected, good customer service is sadly rare to find. And because of this, I’ll honestly support this company for rest of my life!
